Hi, I’m Elizabeth Flack. I’m an Accountant who brings a strong neurodivergent skill set to my work. As an autistic professional, I thrive in environments that value structure, patterns, accuracy, and detailed data — the qualities that make accounting feel natural and deeply satisfying to me. I genuinely enjoy working with numbers, organizing information, and creating systems that make financial processes clearer, more consistent, and more reliable.
My experience includes bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, documentation review, vendor communication, and grant management. While supporting state-level grant programs, I relied on autistic strengths such as deep focus, pattern recognition, and attention to small inconsistencies. These traits help me keep financial information organized, accurate, and easy to understand.
I’ve earned over thirty professional certifications across accounting, SAP, Excel, project management, nonprofit finance, AI tools, and business systems. I’m currently completing the QuickBooks Online certification path, Xero Advisor Certification, and Microsoft Excel Associate and Expert credentials. Continuous learning is at the core of how I grow as a professional.
I’m proficient in QuickBooks Online, SAP, Excel, Xero, Smartsheet, ADP, and a range of modern workplace tools. I enjoy using structure, technology, and pattern recognition to improve workflows and support accurate, efficient financial operations.
I’m seeking a fully remote accounting role where neurodivergent strengths — focus, consistency, problem-solving, and a love of data — are valued. I look forward to connecting.
